General Meeting
Motzaei Shabbat November 22nd 8:00pm
The tent of אהל חנה has become a wonderful gathering of people from all over Ashkelon, Israel and the world. We were treated to wonderful davening for the Yom Tovim and it has continued as we start the new year! It was an incredible feat to pull it all together in a short time period but many ambitious and generous people came together to make it happen. We are very fortunate to be a part of a fabulous community.
Now it is time to have a General Meeting.
We are calling the meeting for Motzaei Shabbat, November 22nd at 8:00PM.
Ohel Hannah 26-28 Yefe Nof, Ashkelon
On the agenda of the meeting :
1. Formation of a committee to create a charter (takanon). This approved committee will draft a charter that will create procedures for the formation of a future Executive Committee as well as define the identity, halachic guidelines and policies of the shul. The draft charter will require the approval of the general membership (specifically, a vote of the founding donor members.)
2.. All members are eligible and encouraged to volunteer and be part of currently needed committees:
*Kiddush
*Gabbaim
*Maintenance

We hope that you can join us -- ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and be a part of this very exciting beginning!!
